Powers assumed CICAFE :
is established in the statutes, which elects a board administered over a period of two (2) years, which meets to hear the ideas of the members and channeling the various representatives and thus find a solution. Also part policy direction as part of the organization which is involved in community issues and also trains employees of the companies to promote any situation that may arise. Ü

CICAFE ü Functions.
a) Arrange for entrepreneurs, industrialists, merchants, and other agro-allied and related activities in the Falcon state, economic, social and technical ties by creating and encouraging respect and solidarity.
b) Defender and support the legitimate interests of all its members, giving the necessary technical assistance, legal, social, administrative and union.
c) To consider, support and encourage any means of developing new businesses, industries, businesses and agribusiness, among others.
d) Organize joint action of entrepreneurs, industrialists, traders, agribusiness and related to oppose by every lawful means measures or circumstances which hinder the economic progress of the state of Falcon.
e) Perform all necessary steps and perform the appropriate actions to prevent illegal trade, smuggling, unfair competition, either by traders or affiliated or not, to the camera.
Rule No. 5: The Chamber will ensure compliance of the following purposes :
- Improvement and modernization of production methods in order to achieve an increase in performance of the industries in general, as key factor in lowering the cost of living.
- Conclusion of agreements between traders, industrialists, agribusiness and other similar or related activities, in order to avoid unfair competition, always taking into consideration the people's interests Falcon.
- Support for credit interest according to the needs of industrial, commercial, agribusiness and related fields to create public and private agencies.
- Encourage savings.
- collaborate with those organizations and national and foreign entities that have similar or related purposes with the House.
