Again, like two years ago, the Local Board of Conciliation and Arbitration (JLCyA) is attacking the rights of the members of the Syndicate of Workers' Union Media Institute of Higher Education of the Federal District (SUTIEMS), in order to favor a minority union that lends itself to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement, restrictive, unfair and behind most of the workers as two years ago that favors interests authorities of the Institute of Higher Secondary Education, under the federal district government.
improper attitude, violation of the rights of workers SUTIEMS, by the JLCyA President, Mr. Ramon Montano Cuadra, is complemented by the police harassment of the body of grenadiers of the DF government
The action of City government authorities, aims to generate a "dispute between unions, they can use to negotiate against the interests of the majority of workers belonging to SUTIEMS and to encourage the authorities of the country's capital.
WFTU in Mexico, which is SUTIEMS affiliated, protest in the strongest terms this attitude contrary to the interests of workers and want to make clear that we are awaiting any call that we make our companions, to mobilize in solidarity across the country, and demand:
Respect to the Federal Labour Law! Removal
owner's Federal Conciliation and Arbitration!
For a collective bargaining agreement that respects the rights and benefits of workers!
