Domenica L. 17 year old student at the Technological Institute 'Eloy Alfaro', Esmeraldas, around 6:50 today reported that he was kidnapped by suexnovio, the policeman on active duty, Armando Montano Caicedo, 23, as he prepared to queue to enter the classroom.
A minor who attends the sixth grade, told Instant Esmeraldas, telephone that Caicedo Montaño unexpectedly entered the school and asked them to speak but as he refused, pulling of hair, mistreated and threatened with a gun, drew it back sharply by the school site.
That place was climbing a wall and then joined the force to a blue vehicle, from which went to his house located behind the stadium Folke Anderson, downtown .
Domenica L. said that in that home Armando Montano Caicedo beat her for several minutes asking her if she did not want anything with him as she answered with a no, heated an iron and burned in several parts of his body.
The schoolgirl left a year ago to live with her ex-boyfriend also said that since then he threatened that if she was not for not going to be for anyone.
Domenica L. who managed to escape her ex-boyfriend's house at noon yesterday with her mother, accused Armando Montano Caicedo in the Office where the case was heard by the fiscal agent, Wilson Almeida.
In its complaint also detailed that the weapon that threatened Caicedo Montaño is police staffing. Also pointed out that the policeman working in Guayaquil as an intelligence agent.
