Solórzano was reinstated to his post of DTI in the Directorate of Information and Support, but the schedule is assigned a gross violator of Section 20 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) in force in establishing the length of working hours.

According to Managing Director of AIMS-DF, Mr. Aldo Segura Pavón, hours of work to be covered Jesus Barrera Solórzano is from 9:00 to 15:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, this schedule is not referred to in Clause 20 of the CST. In

1) For the school system administrative workers the morning shift schedule is from 7:30 to 14: 30 hours, Monday through Friday, while for the afternoon shift is from 13:00 to 20:00.

2) For System Administrative Workers Semi-schooled in the morning shift schedule is from 7:30 to 14:30 hours, Tuesday through Saturday, while for the afternoon shift is from 13:00 to 20:00.

3) For the Central Area Administrative Workers schedule is from 9:00 to 16:00 pm, Monday to Friday, while for the afternoon shift is from 13:00 to 20:00.

4) For the school system Academic Workers morning shift hours are 8:00 to 16:00 hours, Monday through Friday, while for the afternoon shift is from 12:00 to 20 : 00 hours.
